New Year's Resolutions are probably out the window by now. Statistics show that most people drop their New Year's Resolutions before February and we are in March. Inc did a study on 800 million activities and found that most people quit their resolutions by January 19! There is so much information about how to stick with goals, the one tip to sticking with a new habit, how to actually stick with new routines, etc. They are generally all right. Humans, however, struggle with change and even though the tips work, we don't fully utilize them. If someone finds a way that all humans can hack motivation instantaneously, they'll be super rich! Like many other podcasts, this one is about one thing that I've found helps most of my clients stick with their goals when they incorporate it into their daily routines.
