Getting back to health and wellness

After going through some serious life events, I decided to change my trajectory and embark upon a health and wellness journey to become a more healthy version of myself. My ultimate goal is to lose 100 pounds. I am currently at 70 pounds with only 30 pounds to go.

I have worked so hard to get here but am now finding myself struggling to keep up the momentum. I created a podcast to talk about my journey in the hopes that it would get me back on track. I share my journey in the hopes that in some small way, I can inspire you with your journey by being real about the struggles.
