Society usually tells us that we should not write or speak about our own personal trauma, because it might be uncomfortable to others. I completely disagree. I believe that speaking about our deepest feelings is hard, but it can help us heal and set ourselves free from the negative and usually unreal narrative we use when we speak about ourselves. Let me share my thoughts on this.
