For the last 15 years, Julien has worked with both non-profit (AIESEC, Chance UK, Coaching For Everyone) and private sector (Société Générale, Adecco, Thomsons Online Benefits - Mercer group). Originally he worked in a corporate environment managing Learning and Development globally. His job was to support people in their development as leaders and as individuals, creating programs that would make them shine as employees and make them grow and develop.
