Today I'm sharing an episode with my dear friend Julia McCabe from an interview series I did five months ago called Born For This. Julia and I met in 2007 in Hong Kong, where we both taught yoga, had a lot of laughs, and eventually, we went out separate ways. She started teaching worldwide and has graduated over 1000 students from her teacher training and continuing ed programs in science, philosophy, and yoga teaching since 2010. Since the pandemic, she has been 100% online and "geeking out hard," studying with Kings College London doing her Masters in Neuroscience and Mental Health. We talk about living life to its fullest, the stuff that gets in the way, and so much more.
