I'm honored to talk with Breakup Recovery Coach Tal Yardeni in this episode. After a series of heartbreaks, Tal used her own journey to empower other women - challenging them to prioritize self-love and self-worth, ultimately leading to a newfound freedom from the past. She went from being a singer and actress in New York for 13 years to developing her signature group coaching program, the Breakup Badass Formula, where she helps women heal from breakups, learn to love themselves, and let toxic relationships be a thing of their past. Tal shared, "Self-love is when you no longer abandon yourself, and it's about understanding that you matter and showing up in your life differently because you are now putting yourself as number one."
