* PLAN YOUR EXIT → Set a deadline. Make a plan. Your brain needs to know this isn’t forever.

* BUILD STRENGTH → Workout. Eat. Sleep. Move. Strong body, stronger boundaries.

* PROTECT YOUR MIND → Journal. Meditate. Stick to your hobbies. Keep your life intact.

* GET PERSPECTIVE → Talk to someone objective. Therapist, counselor, coach, spiritual care.

* DON’T ENGAGE → Think of tangled headphones—pulling hard only makes the knot worse.

📓 REFLECT ON THIS:• What’s my actual exit plan?• Where can I get stronger this month—physically, emotionally, spiritually?• What routines help me stay balanced right now?• Who (or what) could give me a new perspective?
