* PROTECT YOUR MIND ā Journal. Meditate. Stick to your hobbies. Keep your life intact.
* GET PERSPECTIVE ā Talk to someone objective. Therapist, counselor, coach, spiritual care.
* DONāT ENGAGE ā Think of tangled headphonesāpulling hard only makes the knot worse.
š REFLECT ON THIS:⢠Whatās my actual exit plan?⢠Where can I get stronger this monthāphysically, emotionally, spiritually?⢠What routines help me stay balanced right now?⢠Who (or what) could give me a new perspective?
