 It's not about tank tops and board shorts, so paddle back in. The Thanksgiving holiday is this week and what is a better way to celebrate than giving thanks to God? Join Nellani as she finds joy in being thankful.

CHALLENGE: As soon as you wake up thank God for everything and say it loud and proud. "Thank you, Lord, for my bed. Tanks ah!" Try it for a week!

Ever wanted to do something but were too scared or nervous to do it? Listen to Nell as she figures out how to Just BLT. Also, listen to hear about a  woman who Nellani gets inspiration from. 

Challenges: On a piece of paper write something down that you would want to do in life, but makes you nervous. Then write the steps you need to take to reach that goal. Lastly, pray to God for the whole situation and keep him updated. 

The loss of a loved one could be really hard but know they will always be a part of your heart. Listen as I share about the loss of a special person and how I got through it.

CHALLENGE: Write a list of all the people who have passed away in your life that you would like to pray for. Then either put their pictures on your altar or create a collage on your phone and make it your wallpaper. Finally, starting October 24, nine days before All Soul's Day you are going to pray this prayer. Lord, thank you for these beautiful souls. May they rest in your loving arms and have peace in their hearts. Glory be to the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit as it was in the beginning is now ever shall be a world without end. AMEN!

Being perfect is hard. We just need to look up to God for perfection. Find out what Pope Benedict says about being perfect.

CHALLENGE: Write a list of what you are good at (NOT PERFECT). Share with someone what you are great at.

CHALLENGE: Think of different things to do on how you can make a difference each day of the week for someone in your home, workplace, school, or community.
