Well it's been a couple of weeks since our last chat then, hasn't it? We jetted off to Kauai for a dreamy vacation to celebrate Sky's new job for a few days but someone else may have gotten a little bit carried away on island. Today, we are spilling it all. The juicy details of the beautiful island, sparked romance, and how our views of Los Angeles have been shifted after experiencing island life for some time. Let's catch up!

Getting Real/Hey Bestie are true mental health advocates. Today we want to talk about something more private & intimate... being depressed, anxious, OCD, etc is not easy or fun. We are not doctors but have been diagnosed with a few of these mental illnesses. Through our journey, we have developed natural ways to combat these dips of serotonin and feel it is only fair and right to share our knowledge and skills we have gained over the last several years to regain momentum, divinity, and gratitude in the tough times.
