Adapting these skills to real estate investment he has been able to re-position multiple properties and maximize returns for investors. With a keen eye for value-add opportunities he searches for apartment deals that will produce great returns while creating a better environment for tenants. ?He has a degree in Urban Planning from the University of N.S.W., Sydney, Australia. He also is the husband of one of the Real Estate Investor Goddesses, Monick.
