What if healing meant more than learning to live with the past?
What if God could meet you in the moment it all began and restore what time alone could never heal?
In this episode, we’re diving into the kind of deep healing only God can bring, the mystery of a God who exists beyond time, and what it looks like to let Him into the places we’ve learned to keep hidden. But healing isn’t the end of the story. How do we protect what God has restored and step fully into who He created us to be?
We’ll explore the full armor of God, not just as something we put on to fight, but as a way of standing firm in the freedom He’s given us.
Because you weren’t created to live bound by what happened to you. You were created to walk in truth, freedom, and wholeness.
What if you're waiting for God to move, but He's waiting for you to realize what's already been placed inside of you? The Holy Spirit isn't distant, silent, or something you have to chase after. He's already within you. But are you in tune with Him? What does it look like to recognize His voice, align with His will, and step into the fight He's calling you to?
What if fear of the Lord is actually the beginning of truly knowing God? What if we've made Him too familiar to recognize just how extraordinary He is?
There is a kind of awe that changes everything. The way you see God, the way you see yourself, and the way you live. But have we lost sight of it?
Let's talk about the reverential awe of the Lord, and what happens when we encounter God beyond what we think we know about Him.
What if knowing exactly who you are is what gives you the freedom to become who someone else needs you to be?
Paul says, “I have become all things to all people…” But what does that actually look like and how do we do it without losing ourselves in the process?
In this episode, we’re exploring identity in Christ, meeting people where they’re at, and the freedom to step into someone else’s world without losing who God created you to be.
What if the story of Job was never really about the suffering?
A man loses almost everything. His questions grow louder. His friends try to explain what they cannot understand. And somewhere in the middle of it all, God speaks.
But maybe there was something deeper happening beneath the pain. Maybe God wasn't looking for Job to understand his suffering. Maybe He was inviting Job to know Him.
What happens when we stop asking, “Why is this happening to me?” and start asking, “Who are You in the middle of this?”
What happens when God’s promises feel impossible to believe?
We talk about the faithfulness of a God who doesn’t change, doesn’t forget, and doesn’t go back on His word. But trusting Him isn’t always easy, especially when what He promised doesn’t look like what we expected.
This episode is an invitation to stop holding God’s promises with one hand and our doubts with the other, and instead learn what it looks like to fully trust the One who has always been faithful.
Because if God has proven Himself faithful before, we can trust Him with what’s still unfinished.
What if you were never meant to simply go through life but to give your life away?
There is something about you that this world needs. The way you were created to love, to create, to move, to speak, to serve, to live is intentional. But somewhere along the way, it became easy to lose sight of that. We settle into routine, chase what everyone else is chasing, and forget that life was designed with purpose.
In this episode, we’re getting real about what it means to live life on mission. Not waiting for some grand calling, but recognizing that the mission might already be right in front of you.
What if the way you were created is actually connected to where God is calling you?
Maybe purpose isn’t as far away as you think.
Maybe your ordinary life is more significant than you realize.
Maybe you were created for more than simply existing.
Let’s talk about what it looks like to live awake, live intentionally, and live the life you were created for.
What if the way we see God changes the way we live?
In Part 2, we explore what a letter from Paul reveals about the character of God. We’ll look beyond what we think God should be like and back to who He has actually revealed Himself to be.
Because before asking, “What does God want from me?” maybe we should ask, “What is God actually like?”
What happens when your circumstances make you question who God really is?
In 2 Kings 3, three kings find themselves in a dry wilderness with no water and no way forward. Yet God says, “This is an easy thing in the eyes of the Lord.” Their story challenges us to ask: What kind of God are you actually believing in?
Through this story and a personal experience of learning to trust God when I couldn’t see what He was doing, we’ll explore what it means to believe that God is good, even in the wilderness.
Who am I, and why did I start a podcast about God?
In this first episode, I’m pulling back the curtain to introduce myself, my story, and the heart behind the podcast. We’ll talk about why I care so much about knowing God beyond religion and why I believe faith is meant to be real, personal, and lived out in everyday life.
Whether you have a strong faith, a lot of questions, or you’re somewhere in between, you’re welcome here.
So, let’s get real
