I like the way the tips
I think that confidence is one of the most important characters that needs in our career. I have read a lot of self help books, but Nathan Smart still managed to present the content in a fun and interesting way.
This book has helped me understand myself in a more intimate way than I ever could. I love how specific the author is on how to build self confidence. I like the way the tips in this book have been put together and these are so easy to read because some books can be quite complicated.
There is much beauty in our inside appearance than our outside appearance we should have to believe this. This book is base on how we can grow our confidence level and itâs really helpful for everybody. If we follow this book direction to our life we can make our confidence and we can do anything possible.
A terrific guide for anyone not just someone with out confidence!
When I decided to order this for a good read- it was just a great way to reinforce everything the author said -in my own life. When there are times, moments and years in your life that you can relate to and understand why you are who you are. Then, if you truly can understand all aspects of the issues at hand-one by one you can change and improve every aspect of your life. You may not have every issue listed in this reading but there is definitely something to take away from each and every chapter
I felt this book was great in advice and explaination as to many things that cripple us, and unless we have the resources and the know how- we can spend our entire life in the same place. Which is truly a shame because the key is sometimes all you need to unlock your own life!
I recommend anyone -even if you don't feel you lack confidence -and of course don't have a laundry list of issues such as fear, anxiety and so forth to read this book. You very well could help someone else- I love how this book touched on so many things. Like volunteerism! When you can help someone else through something -you in turn - truly are helping yourself feel good during that good deed.
I feel that journaling is good for all! I am going to take away from this read- many things but one thing I will dedicate time to is to journal.
