Soul Regimen is a place to heal, empower and restore the spiritual, social and entrepreneurial treasures of African-American women.

Soul Regimen is the regimented or structured plan devised by the Holy Spirit to bring God’s people closer to Him – to nourish the life of the soul within each of us with the living water of His presence. It involves prayer, silence, worship, study and a commitment to a relationship with Jesus Christ.

It is a lifestyle of faith, practice, devotion, love and action under the divine choreography of the Holy Spirit.

It is but a fraction of God’s Master Plan to bring His people into alignment with His purpose – to carry out Kingdom businesses, visions and ideas – all for His GLORY.

One of the things I’ve noticed is that when we start our day off tired, depleted, without energy, when we don’t fill up with God’s presence, when we don’t ask God for guidance…when God isn’t directing our path – we set ourselves up for failure and we can become like ships without a sail – just drifting.

If we want to be intentional, if we want to be wealthy, healthy, beautiful, polished and successful, ALL THAT takes planning.

There is a famous quote that says “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”

Many of us start off the day with a plan to fail due to a lack of intention and preparation.

Taking this one step of preparing ourselves for success will already provide a competitive advantage.
