It is inevitable and its going to happen. We are dying from the day we take our first breath. When, how, why we don't know. BUT IT WILL HAPPEN. We need to celebrate and be in the moment. Easier said than done? YEP! Just turning 50 has been magical but at the same time we are all battling something. The more friends we have, the older we get the more people we are going to see die. It's a part of life and no matter what we do WE CAN'T STOP IT. But, I will break it down in pieces to help you get through. It's not easy and I'm still processing the death of my mom.
