Holding over 20 years of experience within the hospitality sector, Emma is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the CHS Group Awards, which aims aim to provide hotels and venues with a unique opportunity to help raise the profile of the industry and for professionals to receive recognition for their exceptional service.

Emma is also the Founder of the Conference and Hospitality Show, which is the leading event in the North of England for event planners, agents, venue finders and PAs and will launch a second event in Birmingham this year.

Emma has also previously guest-lectured to Event Management students, at the University of Huddersfield and Leeds Beckett University. During this time, she also launched a student volunteer programme to help the next generation of event professionals gain further knowledge and experience of the industry.

Old school friends, Emma and Nicola launched The Little Gin Company at the start of 2015 and haven't looked back since!

 As gin loving ladies who spent many a time sampling the gin delights on offer in Stratford-upon-Avon, they decided to turn their love of gin into an exciting business venture, to share their passion for gin with others through The Little Gin Company.

Building on a unique and creative style they lovingly converted a retro-style horse trailer into a mobile gin bar, to serve the gin-loving community with a selection of locally distilled and speciality gins. Top of the menu these days is their very own ‘Trailer Made Gin’!

Their gin experience now extends beyond the horsebox bar as they also have a pop up gin bar and are able to offer gin tasting experiences suitable for any occasion; be that a corporate function, hen do or just an excuse to get together and drink gin.

​In 2017 they created The Little Rum Company and in 2018 launched their Spiced Rum brand, Queen Cleo and 2020 has been their most successful year yet despite the pandemic!
