Episode 2: Getting to know your audience

Learn how to use the Persona framework to get to know your audience. Who are they, what do they consume and how does that impact the content you create? 

Knowing your audience (their goals, fears, values, interests) is the foundation for creating relevant content. How would you be able to provide valuable content otherwise? I'll be talking about the Persona framework as a great way to structure your research and to define your audience.
