Getting Unstuck, 07/10/21, Ep. 35: "Permission to Heal" My co-host today is Peggy Green. Peggy shares with us a parents worst nightmare, but also shares how she's healing and how she's helping others.  Peggy has lost two children, one was the result of suicide.  In this, Permission to Heal episode, Peggy teaches us how we can navigate the unimaginable terrain of grief and face it daily and still live our lives. We discuss suicide and how she had to process that specific type of grief. She wrote a book called, Life After Child Loss: The Mother's Survival Guide to Cope and Find Joy, and has become a grief coach.
