Are you a senior in high school ready to begin college but anxious about the transition?
As women who are constantly embracing new challenges, how do you uphold your responsibilities while looking out for your mental health?
Tune into this podcast episode focused on navigating the college experience, where Bridget Brattini reflects on her time thus far at Saint Joe's University—offering relatable memories, moments of laughter, and thoughtful commentary on what it means to transition and become stronger without losing your self-love. Bridget is studying communications, marketing, and Spanish, and she grew up in Springfield, Pennsylvania. She's also a triplet, an experienced swimmer (she has swum since she was 6 years old), a reader, a beach lover, and someone who enjoys quality time with her friends and family.
Bridget became an intern for the Women's Empowerment Series because she loved the idea of working to empower girls and to serve the community. She also loves working with a female-run team.
I am so appreciative to have connected with Bridget, and on behalf of the WES, we hope you enjoy this podcast.
