Paul tells us in Romans 5:15-16 that salvation is a free gift and it is not like the condemnation which came to everyone though Adam .

he says that this gift comes to those who trust in Christ even through they may have many sins and mess-ups . I know for many of you guys that sounds to good to be true but it is what Romans 5:15-16 teach .

many of us struggle with thoughts and feeling of wondering do God really love you even when you sometimes mess-up .

well according to what the bible teaches you he dose, as a matter of fact one of the conditions of this free gift is that it works jest great though all of your and my sins and mess-ups according to that scripture .

because you must try to remember that Jesus did not come to this earth to make bad people good !

no he came to make dead people live .

for we were all spiritually and separated from the life and fellowship of God .

many times the churches that we attend do not understand this concept .

and how can you teach others what you do not know .

so we have a lot of people right in church who are depressed , fearful ,do not believe that God really do love them .

it is sad yet so true .

When it comes to subjects like Jesus walking on water in a storm or him raising people from the dead the bible says to understand those kinds of events it takes faith to understand them .

but faith comes out of hearing the word of God . so make sure that you are hearing the true word of God and it will transform your life .

In 1 Corinthians 14:18

Paul told the Corinthian Church I thank my God I speak with tongues more then you all .

and in 1 Corinthians 14:14 Paul said for if i pray in a tongue, my spirit prays, But my understanding is unfruitful .

in other words God has provided some very powerful weapons that the Christian can use to talk to him, and at the same time over ride the devils ability to interfere with your prayer time .

As many of you guys may already know your mind is in your soul realm .

For man is a spirit being who has a soul and lives in a physical body .

our spirit is what knows and contacts God , it is what was born again when you asked Jesus Christ to come into your life and be your Lord and savior . and when you die it is your spirit that goes to be with the Lord but your soul rides piggy back on your human spirit . and as you may already know your physical body stays here on the earth in a grave or were ever you were when you died some people died at sea exec .

but when Jesus Comes back for his church he will raise your physical body to be jest like his .

that's why you may want to read of the things that Jesus did when he rose from the dead after having died on the cross . you will be able to do the same things as he was able to do with his resurrected body .

SO with that being said lets get back to Christian meditation ( when ) you read or hear something from Gods holy word that stands out to you that is God speaking to you personally though his word .

if you begin to softly repeat those words to yourself over and over though out the day or night that is called meditation .

David did it a lot doing his lifetime , Solomon also did it .

The benefits of doing this is endless and that is almost an understatement .

How much or how little you meditate is up to you completely ! .

remember that you have options available to you though your Lord Jesus Christ and you do not have to be held hostage to the negative feedback from this world system you have options and Christian meditation is one of them use it to day. God Bless
