Born in Port-au-Prince on March 25, 1964, Beethova OBAS is a self taught musician. Since his grand debut in 1988 to this day, Beethova has spent more than half of his lifetime creating great music, fighting social inequality, promoting the Haitian culture around the world throughout his career. Coming from the golden generation of Haitian music, he was always surrounded by great talents. He has collaborated with most of his peers; Manno Charlemagne, Emeline Michel, Emmanuel Obas, Fabrice Rouzier, Welmyr Jean Baptiste, Tony Jean Baptiste, etc.. He also received the blessings of the Great Manu Dibango when he won his first international prize “RFI Découvertes”and later on worked with Malavoi. 33 years and 7 albums later, learn more about his AMAZING journey.
