Philippians 1:1-11

Paul shows us that because we're in Christ together, we are able to experience Gospel Friendships that are unlike any other relationship. They're built on shared purpose, mutual support, and love. We don't have to be alone, but can experience this amazing reality through the church!

Luke 19:28-44

Jesus's triumphal entry into Jerusalem reveals that the King has come, but His people reject Him. Instead of embracing the Messiah as the only One who could bring them peace, they seek it elsewhere based upon their preconceived expectations. Ultimately, it leads to calamity. Do we recognize Jesus as the only One who can bring us true peace?

Luke 10:25-37

Jesus teaches that in the Kingdom of God it's not what we know to be right that matters most, it's DOING what we know to be right. The Parable of the Good Samaritan shows us the upside Kingdom where the unsuspected Samaritan fulfills the heart of God as taught in the Law.

Matthew 18:21-35

Jesus teaches us that His Kingdom is different from the world because His people forgive as He has forgiven. To live that out is bold but it liberates us from the prison and poison of unforgiveness.

Luke 11:1-13

Jesus shows us that God isn't some grumpy neighbor who gets inconvenienced when we call on him. He's a gracious Father, full of love, whose heart is to hear His children when we pray.

Luke 15:11-32

Jesus uses the story of the Prodigal Son to demonstrate the Father's overwhelming grace. We're invited in to both experience that grace and be people who celebrate when others receive it too.
