As part of my spiritual journey, I am developing a new meditation practice for myself.  The main reason I have chosen this practice called Running Energy is because I would like to develop my intuition. Here is all the basic information I think people should be aware of prior to Running Energy for the first time so they know what to expect and have a full understanding of the process beforehand.
