He has an extensive background in real estate and has done so many different types of real estate so he has a good grasp on the market. But he is excellent at "Comping" properties to know what they are really worth and what they could be worth! I know I struggle with that at time, so tune in and learn!

So excited for you to listen to Dave today, he is a former Physical Therapist who realized what 5 years in that he wasn't aligned in his career anymore. Him and his wife then and aligned themselves with a plan to get out of PT and into real estate investing.

In this episode he shares his journey and the steps he took to get started, how him and his wife stay aligned, what he thinks is goin going on in the market. He is also an agent himself so he is able to bring the perspective of boots on the ground and shares what he is telling his clients.
