Just like Star Wars, we are releasing #GideonssWord in reverse.   This is Part II, "Gideon's Sword: the Fire" to premier soon. Get ready. Put on the AC, it's 1000 degrees of HEAT!

A decision I made yesterday to stop endorsing Abiy Ahmed's campaign until he turns the internet back on in Tigray and stops collectively punishing all for the sins of a few prodded a twitter follower to question my character, which trigger a response. This is a breakdown of how triggers beget triggers.

This is an expansive conversation as Ghion Journal editor Teodrose Fikremariam sits down with Niko House to discuss Barack Obama's legacy, reveals how Teodrose took part in the crafting of the 2008 South Carolina primary victory speech and much more.

Host Teodrose Fikremariam discusses the cycle of indifference to the plight of others based on tribe that eventually gives birth to violence.

This is a preview of an article that will be written by Teodrose Fikremariam and published at www.ghionjournal.com that explains why we suffer in the land of plenty.

Teodrose Fikremariam discusses the importance of a truly independent media and how it is incumbent upon all of us, media professionals and consumers alike, to guard jealously the essence of a truly free press.

In this segment, host Teodrose Fikremariam details how he went from one of Barack Obama's biggest supporters in 2008, to the point where a speech excerpt that he forwarded to the campaign was incorporated into Obama's South Carolina primary victory speech and he was invited to Chicago for the brainstorming session to launch Organizing for America, in time became a harsh critic. This is a journey of discovery that many people can identify with, it's not just about politics, it's about the essence of our common humanity.
