Nik Romano joins us to start to dig into the aspect of the race car that we know the least about, the suspension and suspension adjustments.  In this episode, we go into the most common different types of suspensions and suspension design and how they work and how these designs and adjustments can lead to some of the biggest gains on track.  This is a great starting point if you know or understand nothing about suspensions and suspension adjustment (because we are right there with you).  We learned a ton already in this part one and cannot wait until part two.
