GHiT 0612:  Yuri Shnirman

Yuri Shnirman has been racing with us and long before.  Long overdue and a ton of fun.  Yuri is active in the lemons community, and also instructing with Hooked On Driving.  Never bored, he is venturing forward and starting up racing in Formula Vee.  Given his experience, we also go into what to do to develop a car for low budget endurance racing.  A ton to learn from this one.
