Royce begins the program with an MSN article talking about how the Supreme Court will soon issue a ruling on "ghost gun" building and ownership and the myriad of speculations thereof. A federal district court in Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals have already struck down the ATF's "ghost gun" rule.
Unfortunately for Dexter Taylor in NYC, those rulings won't help him, since his jury and judge didn't have any Constitutional sensibility, and he was sentenced to 10 years in prison (see the GiveSendGo link below and help Dexter!),. The State of NY did so to intimidate all other New Yorkers into forsaking the free, responsible exercise of their God-given right to keep and bear arms, which automatically implies the right to build our own guns.
