FIRST HALF:  The FBI has been colluding with the ATF to violate the Brady Act by using the NICS background check system to monitor lawful gun purchasers.

SECOND HALF: The ATF has been proven to have created a registry of gun owners and their guns from FFL out-of-business records and their Acquisition and Disposition records, which they have now digitized, and in direct, knowing, willful violation of the Firearm Owner Protection Act.

Until there are painful consequences for their treason, it would be foolhardy to think these two agencies will ever truly be held accountable for their tyranny and treason.

First Half: Multiple lawsuits filed against states that have banned the sale of Glock pistols to the citizenry, while the majority of those states' police departments use Glocks as their duty pistol.

Second Half: The DOJ is bringing suit against Minnesota and their permit-to-purchase scheme that amounts to an approximate 30-day waiting period.

Royce indulges himself in a rant about three cases out of Michigan involving innocent, lawful citizens being arrested for carrying a pistol without a permit (i.e. the State's Gracious and Magnanimous Licensure). Two of the cases involved armed drivers being stopped by Michigan State Police, and the third was a 19-year-old man who was arrested and charged after stopping a mass shooter in a mall with his carry pistol because he was too young to carry it and didn't have a carry permit because he was also too young to even apply for one. You will not believe the excruciatingly moronic things the judge said to him as he passed his thankfully lenient sentence.

. Waiting period lawsuit against Colorado is being reheard again for the second time in three years,...in front of the same federal judge. Gee, what could go wrong?

. Knife-wielding woman in Times Square in New York City (gun-free zone, where they were required to be victims-in-waiting) is shot and killed by police, AFTER she stabbed a man and a woman (the woman died), and the only reason they managed to end her within a mere 60 seconds of the assault is because the attacker actually mistakenly ran toward an NYPD precinct station and was confronted there.

. A Constitutionally-illiterate and NFA-ignorant elected official is demanding answers from Robert Cekada regarding 'guidance' for the gun industry and gun owners, in the wake of the August 5 ruling that whittled down the NFA. After all, as of 09/01/2026, it's been 27 days and counting, and we're tired of waiting.
