. More sheriffs in Colorado are "opting out" of providing licensing requirement service for residents wishing to purchase AR-15s and like weapons. This necessitates the People of Colorado making a defiant stand against compliance with the state's new illegal law.

. Many states will still continue to outlaw SBR's and suppressors even if the DOJ allows the injunction against enforcing the NFA to stand, because governments, like a narcissistic spouse, refuse to relinquish the power they've usurped from the People.

NEW JERSEY:  Recent updates in the 3rd Circuit Court ruling against NJ's "assault weapons" ban and how it has been suspended by petition of the NJ AG, pending SCOTUS review.

VIRGINIA: The State of Virginia also petitioned the Washington Circuit Court to allow their "assault weapons" ban to be implemented until further judicial review, but the court in this case said "NO".

COLORADO: Colorado's Senate Bill 25-003 went into effect August 1, and the licensing requirements to purchase any "Specified Semi-automatic Firearm" (or SSF's, all of which are in the tactical weapons category like AR-15's, AK-47's, etc.), are laborious, costly and fatiguing, designed to dissuade citizens from purchasing them, much like the NFA does. You won't believe the number of applications, courses and fees that are now required to exercise your 2nd Amendment rights in Colorado.

It seems the leftists in NJ are in a state of panic and extreme deprivation over their loss of power since the 3rd Circuit Court slapped down their "assault weapons" ban, and now they're trying desperately to get the court to allow the ban to stay in place while they challenge it, but the court said "No", so they're resurrecting an old scheme to render the citizens of their state helpless once again with a "safe storage" law that will require the relinquishing of fourth Amendment protections to fully enforce it.

Their contempt for the Constitution and the People of NJ is now glaring like a neon sign. Totalitarians just got'ta totalitate!

Two recent slap-downs of "assault weapons" bans, one in Virginia via court injunction against their enforcement thereof and one in New Jersey that was nullified outright by a 3rd Circuit Court decision.

Compare that to two other courts that recently upheld such Constitutionally illiterate bans in Massachusetts and Illinois, and you'll understand why Royce declares there are two parallel judicial systems at work in this country; one upholds and defends the Constitution while the other assaults it at every turn, conveniently ignoring the text of the 2nd Amendment as well as the Bruen standards set forth by the Supreme Court.

In a well-though-out decision by the 3rd Circuit Court, New Jersey's "Assault Weapons" ban gets knocked out with a one-two punch of Bruen and Heller!

AI cameras are being used to target those carrying firearms, including peaceable citizens, and this does not bode well for individual liberty.

Royce has already made his distrust for the Constitutionally ignorant Robert Cekada known, and he builds on that to make the case for abolishment for all federal gun control laws and the vile agency (ATF) that unconstitutionally regulates, via infringements, our right to keep and bear arms.

Cekada, like the agency he heads, cannot be trusted, and the rules they claim to be rolling back are not exactly being done away with, and certain definitions, like "engaged in the business", are being left in place. The ATF, which is trying to survive, is not the only problem, it's also the reason they exist in the first place; to enforce gun control laws that the government was forbidden to pass in the first place.
