FIRST HALF: Kentucky Governor Bashear (a Democrat Communist) vetoes a bill that would have re-authorized 18-20-year-olds to carry concealed firearms, and another that would protect gun manufacturers from junk lawsuits. Why? He claims it's because of a friend of his that was murdered in a mass shooting by a deranged psychopath at the Old National Bank.

FIRST HALF: The SCOTUS upholds an anti-2A decision from the 7th Circuit Court, by the simple act of refusing to grant a hearing thereof, essentially setting another negative precedent by allowing yet another anti-rights law to remain in place.

SECOND HALF:  The First Circuit Court rules that the 2nd Amendment (wait for it....) doesn't protect any right to actually purchase a firearm, only the right to own them. Yeah. That's a generous helping of weapons grade stupidity.

First Half

The Benson decision by the DC Court of Appeals (which affirmed the right of the People of DC to own so-called "high-capacity" magazines) is having a ripple effect that's causing severe anxiety throughout all the Communist occupied territories.

Second Half

Kentucky lawmakers approve a significant change to their state's concealed carry law by reaffirming it for 18–20-year-olds. This is also already having a concentric effect in other states as well, including Royce's home state of Florida.

Lastly, a U.S. Congressman from Virginia has introduced federal legislation that would place the burden of recompensing those wounded or killed in gun-free zones on the government entity that instituted the restriction.
