With the last of Samhain's Druden in the can and the sun on the horizon - hope might be in sight! But an increase in Samhain sightings and an ever-growing pile of unanswered questions say otherwise... Fortunately, Mr. Book has a lead. Tired, hungry, and ticked-off, the team travel to meet Book's mentor, the elusive Elder Pen, in hopes that he might be able to shed some light on this endless night.

It's been a minute, so Doug and Cat are checking in to keep you abreast of our latest happenings in RPG podcasts and paranormal eliminations.

Progress on Ghostbusters: Resurrection continues, and Doug has a new GBRPG tool for Ghost Masters in the works: The Ectonomicon. But also, during the pandemic, Doug ran an experiment on Cat - testing out a new technique in tabletop roleplaying and collaborative storytelling that we call: "Surprise RPGs".

Previously, this work was happening behind closed doors on our Patreon, but now we're taking this first experiment public in a series called K8 Was Here. Arriving in Cassadaga, the Ghostbusters find themselves in the middle of a massive Halloween block party. Everything appears to be normal, despite the high levels of PKE surrounding the area... but beneath the surface of this picturesque Floridian town is a secret so horrifying, the Ghostbusters find themselves wishing they could face any of the previous Druden instead.

With one last beastie to bust, you don’t have to be psychic to know this fight ain’t gonna be easy.

The Ghostbusters enter an attraction at Halloween Horror Nights where a number of attendees have disappeared... and now they've disappeared too! As soon as the team sets foot inside, they're immediately separated and lost in darkness. With no way to see or communicate, each team member must face this challenge alone. But in this “haunted house,” the monsters are real and the consequences... are fatal.

The Central Florida Ghostbusters' Halloween has turned from the busiest night of the year to a total clusterbust! They dove into haunted springs, went on a savage safari, took the fight to the skies, and endured a lethal case of the creepy crawlies... but this graveyard shift from hell is far from over. With two Druden in tow, the team heads back to the firehouse for a much-needed pit stop at the containment unit.

But once they arrive... they find a familiar face waiting for them. It’s time to find out once and for all, who is a friend and who is a foe.
