Welcome to Episode 19! This week I took the show farther than ever before as I traveled to Chicago to be a part of the very first show for a new band called Sherpa. Today I was joined by Bassist and front man for Sherpa, Phlar Wells, who also happens to be one of my oldest friends on the planet. We talked about his new band and played the live recording that I made (which isn't of the highest quality but it sounds pretty cool anyway.) We also talked to Grimms and Big Gids who are both amazing musical artists in their own right but who came together to perform at the Sherpa show this past Friday at Archie's Iowa Rockwell. Welcome to Episode 18! This week I headed to Tampa to meet up with JRoc Jones to discuss his music and the world of Hip Hop. We also has Tone Kapone and Jus Henry hang out on the bench with us today and Lauren made it out as well. Today's show was recorded live from the taproom at Coppertail Brewing Co in Tampa. Welcome to Episode 17!

This week we are back in the studio in SRQ and were lucky enough to have the very talented Demi Nova join us on the show. We talked with her and a few friends about music in Tampa, FL and had a great time. We also discussed cannabis and the Health Dept trying to make unfair adjustments to Amendment 2. We had our friend Leah who is a medical cannabis user after her battle with cancer share her story with us as well. It was an awesome show. Enjoy!

This week we recorded live from the brand new JDub's Dub Shack at UTC. We talked to our homie BK from JDub's who let us know all about the new spot. Then we were joined by hip hop artist Little Vic from Long Island, NY. We got to listen to a few new tracks from him, talked about real Hip Hop, and then got him to spit some fire live on the show! It's the first live performance we have ever had on GRR. So dope! Check it out!

We met with General Manager Jon Griffiths and our good friend and bartender, Rob Boyland.
