Recipe for a haunted building? We might just have one here as we head on down to Victoria's most haunted building. 

The old Supreme Court of British Columbia situated in the very haunted Bastion Square is home to several different ghosts including a couple of Judge's - one known as the "Hanging Judge", as well as several former clients of the Gold Rush justice system.
