On our second part of Government Street Ghosts,  we're talking about the buildings that now house The Bard and Banker Pub and the building that has ALWAYS housed E. A. Morris Tobacconist as well as an assortment of ghosts. 

Government Street in Victoria, BC was the first actual street West of the Rockies and you get a street that saturated with history.  Throw in an architect who seemed to build ghost trap buildings and Victoria's passion for trapping energy and you have quite the nest of stories!
