You know when you play an amazing take, and the artist doesn't like it? This is one of those. The song comes from a session I played last week. The artist wanted a lighter snare sound than usual, so I decided to use a Pearl Master Custom Maple. What do you think? Do you like the snare sound?

This is a track more than a Drum video. Are you familiar with the Allman Brothers? I'll be recording an album soon with that vibe. It's less rock than the Allman Brothers, with more funk, a free-flowing feel, hip hop, and plenty of jam sounds. Gary Clark Jr. captures this style so well, and I'm inspired to do something as interesting.

I hope you enjoy this track! Apologies for the guitar playing... it's just me having a bit of fun. #drumvideo #drumgroove #allmanbrothers #jammusic #originalmusic #funky #sessiondrummer #recordingstudio #jamband

Sometimes my thoughts get stuck in the music making ,but mixing drums always sparks my creativity. Check out this drum and bass jam I made, using cool sounds from my library. Tell me what you think! If you're not into it, I'll unfriend you.
