Michelle and David, perplexed, are launched into a deep dive of how the hell Americans can protest Memorial Day.  It literally makes zero sense that anyone would disrespect those who fought and died for our freedom.  What's next, protesting life in general?  Is anyone finding it ironic that the assholes who stayed seated during God Bless America are able to do so because of the very people who they are protesting?  That's like listening to rap music while protesting 2Pac.  Wake up, losers. 

David and Michelle discuss the fact that most people have esoteric conversations.  Very few understand the difference between speaking to someone and speaking with someone.  The obvious outcome difference is hearing and listening.  Which do YOU practice more?  Not bonding?  Perhaps that's why.  

David and Michelle dive deep and discuss the fact that most of what is wrong with humanity being more bonded is the blinders of "the self".  The truly healthy ego can elevate, put themselves aside and truly become empathic towards others.  A pro can do it in the face of disappointment and conflict.  Sadly, there aren't many of us out there.  But we can fix that.  

David and Michelle talk about the fact that there are no small jobs in any industry and that character is easy to spot in a leader.  The CEO who pushes a broom on occasion will most definitely be a fan-favorite.  The CEO who rules from an ivory tower.... not so much.  Who would YOU rather work for?  Who DO you work for?  Having second thoughts?  When was the last time you stepped down the ladder in solidarity?  

David, Michelle and Amanda discuss how important it is to shoot your shot.  Using Thomas Edison and Baseball as analogies, send an urgent message to listeners to not give up.  David and Amanda, having worked in the field of death and dying, confirm that it's a common regret at the end of life.  Don't be that person - it's incredibly painful.  

David, Michelle and Amanda dissect a common situation that shouldn't be a situation.  The world has gone insane and they aren't taking us with them.  It's not about the nail.... and in this case, it's not about the sorbet!

David, Michelle and guest host Amanda, bat this subject around.  David supplies solid examples of being a CEO who literally shows up and while it's second nature to him, most of his colleagues are perplexed.  Why does David have a following and everyone else struggles to get supporters?  Hmmm..  Rocket science?  LOL - nope.
