From using social media as a space for genuine creativity and community, it has influence majority of us into acting in such an orchestrated and manufactured way with this subconscious need to conform to a specific aesthetic or archetype.

Learning to sit in the silence used to be such treacherous waters for me and now it's something I have come to appreciate.

In this episode, I take you all on how one international solo trip changed my brain chemistry and got me to just do something I wanted even if it means doing it on my own.
