He's back!!

The man that twiddles the knobs and bashes the keys to build the software is back.

Always love it when Samwise is in the room!

This is his first appearence since the birth of his second child, so naturally there was a lot of chat about that.

After speaking about his kids at home, we switched to speaking about his kids at work and how he probably squabbles more with them.

It then switched on to new features and a recent disaster I've had with a pair of cycling shorts...

Our second guest on Giig IT A Rest is the fantastic Kate O'Neill from Kate O'Neill Coaching & The Job Slinger Academy.

As you can probably guess from the company name, Kate is a coach within the recruitment industry.

She does a lot of work with entry level recruiters helping them get up to speed, as well as business development training and coaching across all experience levels.

Her agency, The Job Slinger Academy, focuses on helping rookies/newbies get into their first recruitment role, providing them with training before they start to they enter the industry set up for success and ready to start billing.

You can find Kate all over the internet and featuring on her podcast 'Recruitment Uncensored' as well as the Recruitment CRM podcast.

This conversation with Kate is beautifully authentic from start to finish. We spend the majority of our time chatting about what Kate does outside of recruitment and even managed to uncover her deepest, darkest secret. (Her words not mine).
