With Tristan unable to see the party, dispatching of Pox the imp becomes more complicated. Nico gets caught in a time pit while Ash and Indie learn the whole truth about Meadows Lane. Afterwords, a trip to the Plane of Fear leads to an unlikely companion.
Things come to a head as the party is finally reunited. Nico shows up with Greneth the orc sentry and starts interrogating the villagers, finding out some of them aren't real. Tristan and Indie confront Pox, a demon controlling Rainboots as well as the entire neighborhood. Ash, mind-wiped into believing she's part of the neighborhood gets caught in the middle of everything. As the ruse is revealed, the party is torn on how to deal with the demon.
Everything starts falling apart as Tristan gets turned invisible, and struggles to talk to the shadow enemy in between bouts of vomiting. Indie tries to explode the enemies, but it doesn't go as planned. Ash slowly gets her memories erased, and Tristan and Indie sneak into Allan and Gary's house with intent to kill. Nico has wonderful dreams, safely asleep in Axebone Clan village.
The group follows Dewdrop to a gnomish camp and gets caught up in lots of magic shenanigans including demons, planar doorways, dandelions, and the return of Bug God. As the party's alignments and priorities divide, Nico gets a great night's rest and Indie and Ash harass an old woman. Tristan lays face down in the middle of the street.
After exploring the Best Buy, Indie strikes a very particular deal with Captain Jennifer. Nico sells their bat headdress, and the group meets Gavin, a very disgruntled employee who runs home audio. A disagreement between Nico and the pirates turn tense, unlocking a whole new level of their rage magic.
With murder in cold blood threatening to tear the group apart, a new ally with a cheery disposition becomes an unlikely resource.
After a morning getting cultured in Axebone Clan Village, the group sets off following an extension cord to see where the electricity Dan uses comes from. They come to an impasse with a gnome hiding out in the woods and Saul, leader of a secluded human neighborhood. Things with Saul quickly go from tense to unhinged, and the group gets caught up in a web of lies while his life hangs in the balance.
After successfully introducing Dwimn to weed, the group tries using the laughing gas they got from Dr. Dan to completely knock him out. Nico, wildly high off an edible makes friends with the 'raccoons,' and the group entrusts them with an incredibly important task. After a road trip in Tami's food truck to the soothing tunes of John Coltrane, Dwimn gives the group some foreboding information.
Finally on the surface world, the party and their reluctant babysitter Dwimn begin their search for Wifi. Their first stop is Axebone Clan Orc village, led my the mysterious 'ist.' A slight detour to a food truck might be the perfect time to hatch their plan to ditch the dark elves for good. And what the heck is that raccoon Ash keeps trying to feed?
The party faces their toughest enemies yet: hyper-caffeinated dark elves. Nico faces death. The group enters a suspicious Starbucks, and get set off against their will on a quest under the banner of an evil queen.
