For Episode 10 of Gimme Danger Radio I had the chance to talk about music with fellow Michigan punk kid, Rich Miles. Rich Miles was the bassist of Constatine Sankathi, a DIY hardcore band based out of Kalamazoo, Michigan in the mid '90's. Constatine Sankathi along with fellow Michigan hardcore bands Bev Clone, Current, Ottawa, Ordination of Aaron, ect., were part of a larger DIY hardcore music community across America who's influence on punk and hardcore can still be heard today. You may not know who Constatine Sankathi or any of the other bands I mentioned may be, but chances are if your efavorite band just might have.
