Hey there, Doc-Heads! We're back, and this week we discuss Jimmy J's GIMME DANGER, the story of The Stooges. It's definitely one of the better made punk docs, but please don't let that worry you, or lead you to believe that we let the doc's sophisticated storytelling and overall quality impact our approach in any way. In classic DTD form, we spend more time discussing the last five minutes of the film than we do the rest of the movie, combined. We also spend A LOT of time discussing (important) film-adjacent issues, like Kate from the B-52s guest appearances, marshmallow men, Henry Rollins' feelings, and Mike Z's primo Grateful Dead tape collection. So what more do you need to know? To quote the poet: "Check it out!"
