In the last couple of episodes, the C.O.W.boys discussed football from a couple of perspectives - the fantasy perspective and the individual achievement perspective.

This week they dissect the game from the perspective that owners, coaches, front offices, and ignorant fans like to believe in - the team perspective! The C.O.W.boys schlide through each division and tell you who's gonna take the division crown and the teams they believe will face each other in the conference championship games.

Finally, they give you a little Super Bowl teaser and tell you what celebrity is using her platform to improve other women's quality of life.

It’s that time of year, Cowmunity! Fantasy Football Season is underway so you know the C.O.W.boys had to let you in the draft room to watch the GMs put in work!

You get to see the thought process behind the building of our imaginary squad, the panic, the triumphs from getting guys we’re targeting, and the straight-up mistakes because P's heavy ass fingers kept leaning on the ‘DRAFT’ button.

It’s gonna be a helluva season, though, and we can’t wait to share all the fantasy league ups and downs with you throughout the next four months!

For the past few weeks, the Cowmen have talked about coming-of-age stories. This episode is no different, although it explores the topic from a different angle in this instance.

In the 1999 hit film, ‘The Wood', written by Todd Boyd and Rick Famuyiwa, a young man reminisces about childhood with two best friends while dealing with his friend’s wedding day cold feet.

Your hosts raise some interesting questions about awareness and self-esteem that raise more questions about how we identify with ourselves and show up to the exterior world. One question I’ll leave you with is: what would be possible if you possessed self-esteem and awareness of who you are and where you are today?
