😊Buen día a todos, el día de hoy les presentó este nuevo video que hago con la finalidad de mejorar mi salud integral, es decir, la salud integral puede ser comprendida como aquel que engloba el bienestar emocional, físico, social y alimenticio de la persona.
Emocional: Para mí el poder utilizar las presentes máquinas se convirtió en un reto personal, donde yo debía salir de mi zona de confort para experimentar algo nuevo, al principio la timidez se apoderó de mí, luego con la ayuda de mi familia y su apoyo dándome las debidas instrucciones del cómo debía utilizar cada máquina, me hizo sentir que yo sí podía.
Luego de hacer varias reputaciones me comencé a sentir a gusto de tal manera que hoy les presenté está publicación utilizando las presentes máquinas que están fijas dentro del Parque Vizcaya, ubicado en Baruta.
Cabe destacar que así como la entrada al Parque es Gratuita también lo es el utilizar cada una de las máquinas o barras, ya que estás forman parte del Parque y fueron colocadas por la Alcaldía de Baruta para que las personas del país pudieran realizar distintos tipos de ejercicios para trabajar todo el cuerpo.
Parte Social: El entrar al aire libre como lo estoy haciendo es importante pensar en el bienestar de uno mismo, lo importante es que así como uno realiza sus ejercicios, caminata o trote las personas a nuestro lado también hacen su esfuerzo por mejorar su salud.
El ambiente es de motivación y lo que se debe tener en claro es que cada persona tiene una rutina especial para mejorar su salud por medio del deporte.
Lo mejor es solo mantener la mente despejada y si se tiene un apoyo familiar-motivacional el entrenamiento puede ser hasta más divertido.
Alimentación: Antes de realizar el entrenamiento mi desayuno consistió en un platillo lleno de frutas como cereal ya que para mí es importante obtener de los alimentos que consumo las vitaminas que necesita mi cuerpo.
Y luego al llegar a mi casa terminé con dos buenas zanahorias.
EJERCITANDO LA PARTE ABDOMINAL
Para entender el contexto de la situación, lo que observarán a continuación es una tabla metálica con barrotes donde uno se debe acostar y colocar los pies dentro de los espacios indicados.
Ahora bien, una vez acostada la persona uno levanta el torso como los brazos hasta que los dedos toquen la punta de los pies o casi cerca.
Para que el ejercicio sea un poco más efectivo pueden contraer el abdomen en el momento en que suben el torso y los brazos.
De esa manera el abdomen realiza un mayor esfuerzo.
¿Cuáles son los beneficios de utilizar esta especie de plancha?
Que realmente por la altura que tiene se hace más sencillo el realizar los ejercicios de abdomen, además que realmente está plataforma al ser de metal es verdaderamente más cómodo que utilizar de apoyo el piso.
ESTIRAMIENTO DE PIERNAS
En la misma plataforma y con el cuerpo al contrario sujetando esta vez las manos en los barrotes se pueden realizar ejercicios de estiramiento de piernas, en este caso yo realice de 6 a 7 elevaciones por cada pierna.
ESTIRAMIENTO DE CUERPO COMPLETO EN BARRA FIJA
El estiramiento o la manera de colgarse en barra fija fomentan el estiramiento de todo el cuerpo comenzando por los brazos, que son la parte muscular del cuerpo que en esta ocasión soportará todo el peso del cuerpo, es decir mis 55 kilos.
Otro beneficio al estar colgado de brazos en la barra es que por la posición del ejercicio y en parte por la gravedad, se pueden mejorar problemas del hombro como de espalda ya que se están descomprimiendo las vértebras.
ELEVACIÓN DE PIERNAS
Con la motivación de los ejercicios anteriores comence a elevar las piernas y realizar contracciónes de la parte abdominal en cada subida.
Todavia como principiante me es un poco dificil mantener el cuerpo estatico así que mi forma de trabajar la parte abdominal y piernas consistio en una leve elevación de las piernas al nivel de las caderas para luego bajar las piernas en el punto de inicio.
"BICICLETA ELÍPTICA"
Esta máquina de estilo bicicleta fomenta el movimiento constante de piernas, glúteo, zona lumbar, bíceps como tríceps y brazos; por lo cual entre sus principales beneficios es el poder trabajar de manera progresiva tanto la parte superior del cuerpo como la parte inferior.
EJERCITACIÓN DE BRAZOS
Siendo mi primera vez utilizando este tipo de máquinas puedo decir desde mi experiencia que es similar a remar un bote, en el sentido de que una vez montado en la silla de metal, se colocan las manos en las dos barras de metal sujetando fuertemente; luego colocar los pies en el tubo haciendo constante presión.
La idea es jalar las dos barras de metal con los brazos hacia atrás con toda la fuerza de los brazos mientras uno hace presión con los pies generando estabilidad al momento de la subida de la silla.
Al principio me dio un poco de miedo ya que la silla se movía de un lado a otro levemente, pero después con el apoyo familiar más la de un desconocido que me indico lo que debía hacer y cómo podía mejorar, todos los miedos se fueron hasta dominar el movimiento de los brazos y la presión necesaria que deben realizar las piernas para mantener en línea recta la máquina.

EXERCISING THE ABDOMINAL PART

"ELLIPTICAL BIKE"

ARM TRAINING
Being my first time using this type of machines I can say from my experience that it is similar to rowing a boat, in the sense that once mounted on the metal chair, you place your hands on the two metal bars holding tightly; then place your feet on the tube making constant pressure.
The idea is to pull the two metal bars with your arms backwards with all the strength of your arms while you put pressure with your feet generating stability at the moment of the ascent of the chair.
At first I was a little scared because the chair moved slightly from side to side, but then with the support of my family and a stranger who told me what I should do and how I could improve, all fears went away until I mastered the movement of the arms and the necessary pressure that the legs must make to keep the machine in a straight line.
