The world is full of conflict, opposing views, and straight up oppression. I argue these things are key to human evolution. Cruel sometimes even. As a parent I’m literally looking to mimic adversity for my kids to build their character, develop virtue. I get God lol.

Trials come to refine us. A hard truth. But if your hope is in the glory to come you can rest assured, joy comes in the morning!

Read Mathew 16:1-4 (I mentioned Mathew 6 but it’s 16!) today and wanted to share a devotional regarding Jesus’ reply to the saducees regarding a sign of the times. You don’t need a sign you need to simply refer to history. For this context they had Jonah, we will always have the story of Christ.
