I've decided to call this episode unhinged because we truly have lost all structure but join us as we discuss our journey with liquid makeup, the war in Ukraine and banging your ex's friend for revenge. Finally we get to the actual scheduled topic of Time Management and Journaling while your mental health is on the struggle. We are both struggling with these during the hell that is 2020. We share the tips and tricks we've researched and what we are committed. to implementing for the benefit of our mental health.
