ABOUT MY PROGRAM:
Inside Dream Life in Action, I’ll help you live your dream life and have it all, right now, no matter what your current circumstances.
I want you to know that you don’t have to wait to “figure things out” or “sort out my mental health”. You can and should always put your mental health first, but you can still start working on your dreams NOW.
When we work together, you’ll begin to see that whatever you want is valid and worth going after 💕
Even if it doesn’t look like you thought it would, even if it doesn’t look like someone else's ideas for your life or what you once thought you wanted.
✨ And you’re going to see that you don’t have to choose between soft and successful, kids and travel, joy and ambition…whatever your “all” is, my goal is to show you it’s possible - and to craft the plan to get you there.
Dream Life in Action is a powerful program. It’s filled with my unique coaching tools such as the Dream Life Map and Dream Script designed to help you dream BIG - and then create linear, tangible goals to help you start living your dream life, one week at a time. We’ll set up your goals like dominoes, and then spend 6 months knocking ‘em down!
Within months (sometimes mere hours) of working together, my clients have changed career paths, bought dream homes, deepened their partner relationships, improved their overall sense of wellbeing, built themselves a real work-life balance, experienced more profound joy, begun travelling the world, and much more.
Give yourself the space and time to start creating an easier, more joyful life. It doesn’t have to be difficult. It can - and will - feel like coming home to yourself…if you’re brave enough to get started. Head to cynmaz.com/apply-now to schedule in your free clarity call!

In this episode we talk about the power of harnessing your unique brain to get results in your daily life, instead of fighting yourself. With clear personal examples and examples from my clients, I outline how you can get clearer on the way YOUR brain prefers to work and use that information to build your dream life.

Peek Behind the Curtain on a 20 Year Friendship with my guest (and bestie), Shannon Shaughnessy.
In this episode with one of my bestest friends (and longest relationships), we talk about what keeps friends together, how we navigate conflict, maintaining friendship over long distances, and much much more.
We touch on how society and life decisions can sometimes complicate female friendships unnecessarily, and how being really different has strengthened our bond. Plus, we share our very different dreams for our lives and ways of approaching…well, pretty much everything!
A few spots of interest:
6:19 - differences abound!
8:34 - how important is it to like each other’s spouses?
16:37 - shared values
27:05 - the role giving each other the benefit of the doubt plays
30:26 - does not having kids affect our ability to remain close?
42.28 - what we do well when navigating conflict
43:06 - what solidified our friendship during a difficult time
50:35 - Q&A from IG - favourite hangout spots in Victoria and Calgary (Canada)
1:05:25 - what are our dream lives (hint: they’re very different)

What if you focused on opening up to what you want to invite IN instead of what you want to get rid of?
In this episode we talk about the power of asking yourself what you want more of to chart a path forward. This isn't toxic positivity, but it's undeniable the difference that calling in more of something (a feeling, a thought, an outcome) has in terms of manifestation turned into action (listen to Episode 03!) for getting you where you want to be.
As always you can email me at [email protected] or head to cynmaz.com for more of my work. Thank you for listening!
We can literally try on and start wearing however and whoever we want to be. And with enough practice and action to back it up, by manifesting and feeling into those ideas and emotions, we can start to change our lives. The action is the intention behind creating the feeling in your body on repeat, so that you mark a path for the universe to get you there and create a memory for your brain to harness in real time.

What did you think of today's episode!? What would you like us to go deeper on?
The going advice around the "perfect morning routine" being the key to unlocking your potential is a little...overhyped, if you ask me. Not only does it leave zero room for the ups and downs of life, but it doesn't take into account the way our brains work - and the differences between them.
So if it’s THE answer to living well (I say very sarcastically), then shouldn’t we be able to find a way to make it actually make sense?
So anyways, that’s what I have endeavoured to do and what I will share with you today.
We are going to cover 5 steps or alternate ways of thinking about your routines so that you can finally kick your morning routine OUT and build healthy habits that will stick.
And since my clients have tended to appreciate it, I hope you do too!
I even went so far as to make a workbook that I’m giving you for free to help you implement these ideas in a step-by-step process. you can download it for free at cynmaz.com/routines
As always, you can email me at [email protected] with your ideas, thoughts, or themes to cover here on this podcast. I'm loving making it and I appreciate you being here!
Join host Cynthia Mazereeuw, and #1 International Bestselling Author (and owner of Front Rowe Seat, a full-service writing firm), Karen Rowe, in a discussion around having fun, evolving fun as we age, and finding ways to create fun in your life now amidst competing obligations.
It's easier to have fun, to be fun, and to naturally fall into fun when we're in our twenties. But what happens to fun as life gets a little fuller, more complicated, and contains more responsibilities? We dive into that and more in this episode; how to define fun, look for more of it, and intentionally start bringing it into your business AND your life, amidst growing older - and even changing countries!
The book mentioned in this episode is The Power of Fun by Catherine Price.
You can find Karen's work at karenrowe.com or email her at [email protected].
Join me on Instagram this week for a deep dive into your fun habits - or as the author of the Power of Fun, Catherine Price says, we'll do a mini fun audit (they're more fun than they sound!). Find it all on Instagram --> @cyn_maz
