Raven shares a word of advice to the dreamies on learning to move in silence. Keeping our wins and loses to ourselves, and not telling anyone much of your business. On this spiritual journey, we are learning new things about ourselves and our surroundings. We notice things that need to change to add to our self-love. Keeping your business to yourself is a form of self care and you should do it often. Raven shares examples of how sometimes we may let excitement, fear or anxieties get ahold of us and we may spill more than we need to.
