A healthy lifestyle is extremely important to me. Now more than ever, I feel like we need the motivation to be the best versions of ourselves. My hope with recording this episode is to inspire you to feel that way. I want you to know that this is not easy. Life's greatest challenges take a lot of discipline and hard work, but that is one of the reasons I love life so much. I hope you take something valuable away from this episode!
