The Girl Scout Murders occurred in 1977 in Mayes County Oklahoma at a campsite called Camp Scott - in the wee hours of June 13, 1977 three little girls were raped and murdered when they were supposed to be out having a fun summer and meeting new friends, climbing trees and collecting badges for the Girl Scouts - what happened was the stuff nightmares are made from.
