In this Women's Month special, we are joined by a group of bright and
ambitious young women from Zambia, Nigeria, and Namibia.
These future leaders share their perspectives on the progress women
have made in taking up leadership roles in STEM and other traditionally
male-dominated fields, as well as the challenges that still need to be
overcome. Our guests discuss how women can support each other in their
efforts to break through the glass ceiling and the policies and
initiatives needed to encourage more women to pursue leadership roles.
They also share their personal experiences and insights on how to ensure
that women in leadership positions are not subject to gender-based
discrimination or harassment. Join us for an enlightening and inspiring
conversation with these dynamic young women who are shaping the future
of leadership in Africa and beyond!
