I took a hiatus after my personal life became a little nuts. I've recorded this update episode so many different times now and haven't posted it. I've been giving myself the time and space to heal before recording and posting. So here I am, here's an update and where I'm headed with myself. I'd like to think that'll I will have the space to continue weekly episodes but I cannot commit to that yet. But my heart is here and wanting to create more content.
